Going back to the Cracker!

Static Stats:
Running: 3.7 miles 2x 1 mile intervals (second interval at 6:58!)
Desert: lame
Weight: barely within the recommended weight range i found online


Not much going on.  Had a tough workout today.  My legs were sore from my reformer workout so I didn't complete the 3x 1 mile intervals I had planned.  Regardless, I worked hard!  I broke down and made an appointment with the cracker today.  My psoas tightness has turned into shooting pain.  UGH!
